PT Tubular Co., Ltd is located in Hongkong, China, British Virgin Island, Great Britain and Seychells Africa, which operate and manage international Oil &Gas and OCTG business.

Production bases are located in Jiangsu Province and Liaoning Province by 100% share hold by Petrotex. Jiangsu Petrotex Oil&Gas Equipment Ltd, Liaoning Petrotex Oil Tubing Manufaturing Ltd, Jiangsu Petrotex Offshore Equipment Ltd with yearly output 150,000tons of Tubing, 300,000tons of Casing and 120,000 Joints of 16inches~48inches Marine Risers production.
